Before founding Oasis in 2014 for her two children, Tamara was a writer/director. She has written and directed award-winning feature films and documentaries. She has worked with Jimmy Kimmel, Cheech Marin, Sarah Silverman, Jim O’Heir, and Jeri Ryan. She also co-founded an educational production company, Productive Playhouse, that created the award-winning series “Your Child Can Read.”

Harry Ralston serves as the school’s Director of Operations, as well as holding a seat on the board. Harry is the President of Productive Playhouse, an international language services and data company. He was previously a feature film writer, director and producer. Before that he worked as a copywriter and creative director in ad agencies in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Jay has a background in research and development for interactive entertainment and has been an entrepreneur in the education and tech sector for almost 20 years. Currently as the CEO of WhiteMoon Dreams, a game software developer in Los Angeles and an advisor to multiple vocational schools, Jay brings a passion for the combination of education and technology.

Grace is an entrepreneur and brand consultant. She is a founding member of the Oasis Parent Association. Her two children have been attending Oasis since 2016. Grace enjoys contributing to the school through endeavors that foster creativity and community.
